At Farooq Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or washed bedding products
- Customized or special-order items
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, Farooq Collection will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or the original payment method where applicable.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for size, color, or product issues subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
